Where is your parcel?
In the evening of the day we picked your order, our courier (APC) will send you an email with a consignment (tracking) number.
On these sites you can track your parcel and (if needed) reschedule delivery:

APC uses GPS tracking all the way to handing it over, so a parcel is rarely lost.
Note: Sometimes when the sites are under pressure, you have to try once or twice before they load properly!

FREE working day delivery of orders over £40, otherwise UK mainland* £8.99
We are currently only able to deliver to England, Scotland (Mainland) and Wales***. Orders to Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Ireland and Channel Island, are only possible with prior agreement (and additional charges will apply).
We aim to deliver 08h00-16h00 within 2-3 working days after an order is placed: 0-1 days to process and 1 day for delivery. We work with the APC OverNight network.
***Some post codes take longer to get to:
- 3-4 working days from order: AB30, AB33-36, DD8, DD9, DG and TD
- 3-4 working days from order: AB37-38, AB42-45, AB53-56, IV21-24, IV26-28, IV40, IV52-54, KW1-14, PA36, PA40, PH30-31, PH33-41,
- 3-5 working days from order: PA80
Some of these destinations are also more expensive to ship to, so depending on order size we retain the right to cancel the order and make a refund.
On Thursdays and Friday mornings we may be offering a Saturday delivery option, for a limited number of orders and only UK mainland (where APC offers next day delivery). Such orders will be dispatched on Friday for Saturday delivery.
When this delivery options is available, it will be offered next to our standard delivery option at check-out.
If we fail to dispatch the goods on time on Friday (or the Saturday service is not available for your delivery address), any extra charge for Saturday delivery will be reimbursed, and the order processed with standard courier charges.
However, if we have dispatched the goods on time, but the courier fails to deliver the goods on the Saturday, then no reimbursement or compensations will be due (since we won't get reimbursed by the courier)
If a delivery fails on a Saturday, then re-delivery will be attempted in line with the standard overnight working day service (next working day).
*APC delivery zones A, U & S (zone S may be slower) - we retain the right to cancel and refund orders for delivery outside of these areas.
